Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because Webvoice AI offers intangible, non-returnable digital goods (credits for AI voice services), we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and credits are added to your account.

By purchasing a credit pack or subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital credits that are immediately available for use.
  • You lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun (i.e., credits are added to your account).
  • We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or unused credits.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion:

2.1. Non-Delivery of Credits

If you have been charged but did not receive the credits in your account due to a technical error on our end, we will verify the transaction and manually add the missing credits. If we are unable to provide the credits, a full refund for that specific transaction will be issued.

2.2. Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team immediately. We are committed to ensuring you receive the value you paid for.

4. Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it at any time to prevent future billing. However, no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your credits until they are consumed or expire according to our terms.
